The Database is safe and connected to your website, but it is not visible in your cPanel. If the website is unable to read the database, let us know. We can provide you with the .sql file, which you can use to create the database in cPanel and then import the .sql file into it.

Steps to setup Database :
Open File manger Click on Your domain and in files find - wp-config.php then click in EDIT.
Here You can see your DATABASE DETAILS
SEARCH - MANAGE DATABASE IN cPANEL and OPEN. then enter same DATABASE NAME and click on CREATE.
Then Scroll DOWN then create user with same name and pass. then CREATE USER.
Find ADD USER TO DATABASE THEN SELECT SAME NAME OF USER AND DATABASE CLICK ON ADD
SELECT ALL PRIVILEGES then click on MAKE CHANGES
Then Search phpMyadmin in cPanel then open it and click on DATABASE NAME WHICH YOU CREATED.
Then in upper you can find option IMPORT. Click on It
Then choose FILE then select file which our whatsapp team has sent.
THEN AT LAST SCROLL DOWN THEN CLICK ON IMPORT and wait till it gets done (It takes little time so wait here only)
